Is DriveAce affiliated with the RTA?

No. DriveAce is an independent study tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) or any UAE government entity. Always confirm official requirements and booking with the RTA.

Is it a subscription?

No. DriveAce is free to start, with a single one-time unlock for full access — no recurring fees, ever.

Does it work offline?

Yes. The full question bank is built into the App, so you can study with no internet connection.

How does the mock exam work?

It mirrors the official RTA format: 35 questions, a 30-minute timer, and a pass mark of 24, with no feedback until you submit — followed by a per-topic breakdown so you can see exactly where to improve.

How do I choose my emirate and licence class?

Set your emirate (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, or Sharjah) and licence class during onboarding, and change them any time in Settings. Car is available at launch; Motorcycle and Heavy are on the roadmap.

A question looks wrong — how do I report it?

Use the Report an issue action on the question, then email the details to contact@imaigination.art so it reaches us. Every question is authored from the public RTA handbook with a cited source, and we correct issues quickly.

How do I restore my purchase or move to a new iPhone?

Tap Restore Purchases on the paywall or in Settings to re-activate your unlock. Your study progress moves across when you restore your new iPhone from an encrypted Finder/iTunes or iCloud device backup.

How do I reset my progress?

Open Settings › Reset progress. This clears your attempts, results, and bookmarks on the device.
