By downloading or using Cascade (the “App”), you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Cascade teaches juggling: a trick tree with guided lessons, a siteswap pattern animator, a practice log with streaks and reminders, and an optional camera-based catch counter that runs entirely on your device.
The first tricks, their lessons and the practice log are free. The full trick tree, every guided lesson, the complete siteswap animator and practice analytics are unlocked by Cascade Pro, a one-time in-app purchase handled by Apple. It is not a subscription and there are no recurring charges. You can restore your purchase on any device signed into the same Apple Account using Restore purchase.

The App's lessons are general guidance, not professional coaching or medical advice. If you have an injury or health condition, consult a qualified professional before practising.
The App is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, that the camera catch counter will count every catch accurately, or that you will reach any particular skill level.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, property damage, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or from practising juggling. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past twelve months.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated terms.
