By downloading or using Tagsmith (the “App”), you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Tagsmith displays, removes and edits the metadata (EXIF, GPS, IPTC) of photos and videos you choose, entirely on your device. The App always writes copies; it does not modify your original photos or videos.
Viewing metadata is free. Editing, cleaning, batch tools and export are unlocked by Tagsmith Pro, a one-time in-app purchase handled by Apple. It is not a subscription and there are no recurring charges. You can restore your purchase on any device signed into the same Apple Account using Restore Purchases.
You are responsible for how you use the App and for the content of files you edit or share, including:
The App is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or that every metadata field of every file format can be read or removed. Your originals are never modified, so your source material is not at risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past twelve months.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated terms.
